Terms of rent and payment

Prices

1. “Yana” agency leases one-, two-, and three-room flats at the price Euro 30-50 per day. Taking into consideration high level of services, our prices are considerably lower than the prices in hotels.
2. The price includes: cleaning, change of the linen (once per week); electricity costs, hot and cold running water, local telephone conversations. Additional services (food delivery, washing, ironing personal clothes, shopping, everyday cleaning and others) can be provided for additional payment.
3. The prices are indicated in US dollars for the conveniences of our foreign clients.
4. The price for a flat depends on its maintenance and electric equipments.
5. Our permanent clients get 10% reduction for all services. For corporate clients additional benefits and reductions are possible.
6. Our agency is the proprietor of all the flats that is why the rent is performed without 2-nd party agents and without commission charges.

Rent

1. At the confirmed time our Manager will wait for you in the flat that you want to rent. He will give the flat keys, draw up the documents, and accept the payment from you. The exact address you will get by e-mail or by phone.
2. The time of moving in the flat is 1:00 pm; the time of moving out is midday. If you need another time, inform us in advance. After confirmation of the time with us the time of moving in and moving out can be changed. In case of early moving in (for example at 8;00am) or late moving out, you will have to pay 50% of daily payment. It is connected with that we will have to refuse other clients one day before your arrival.
3. The flats are furnished and supplied with all necessary domestic equipment that will make your stay in Vinnitsa as agreeable and comfortable as possible. In each flat there is such domestic equipment: TV-set (satellite or cable TV), hi-fi system, washing machine, fridge, gas or electric stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, iron. In the first class flats there are air-conditioners and video players or DVD. In each flat there is a fully equipped kitchen with sets of cooking battery and kitchen-ware; one-room flat for two persons, two-room flat for 4 persons, three-room flat for 6 persons. Payment

You can pay by your credit card (Master Card, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro), postal money order or by cash in Vinnitsa.
